- Do not use if you are allergic to Serophene or its components, pregnant, have liver problems, brain lesion, adrenal gland problems, uncontrolled thyroid problems, peripheral vascular diseases, ovarian cysts or enlargements that are not because of polycystic ovarian syndrome, or abnormal vaginal bleeding.
- Do not engage in activities that require mental alertness.
- Inform health care provider for any kind of stomach or pelvic pain, stomach discomfort or weight gain as this may be caused by an enlargement of the ovaries.
- Discuss with health care provider risks and benefits of pregnancy. Multiple pregnancy (e.g., twins) is possible.
