Missed Dose:

Certain antacids or fruit juices makes it more difficult for the body to absorb Allegra so avoid it. Take Allegra on an empty stomach, 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after it.

The medications can be over-the-counter drugs, prescription medication, herbal supplements, or vitamins.
Do not start new medications while on Allegra. Stop using Allegra and seek emergency help if you used too much medication and also if there are serious allergic reaction: difficulty in breathing, hives, swelling of lips, tongue, face, or throat.
Inform health care provider if the symptoms do not improve or gotten worse after taking Allegra. Do not take more than what is prescribed.
